Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the USPS website.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is lost in transit or shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@forhairproducts.com. We will work with UPS to investigate the issue and, if necessary, replace your order at no additional cost.
