We’re confident you’ll love your purchase from For Hair. But if something isn’t right, we offer a simple return policy to make it right.
Returns
To qualify for a return:
- You must have used the product.
- The product must be at least 75% full.
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- You must include proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
Returns can be sent after you contact us at support@forhairproducts.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. A photo of the product may be required.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges or replacements if the product arrived damaged or you received the wrong item. Please contact support@forhairproducts.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
