1. When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
2. How long does shipping take?
- U.S. Standard: 3–5 business days
- U.S. Express: 1–2 business days
- International: 7–21 business days depending on your location
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link by email. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder or reach out to us.
4. Can I return the product?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, even if the product is partially used. Visit our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
5. My product arrived damaged—what should I do?
Please email us at support@forhairproducts.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
6. Do you offer free return shipping?
We offer free return shipping if the product arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent. For other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to select countries outside the U.S. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
8. Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee changes once your order is in progress.
